According to the Globes website, Global Energy, which is controlled by businessmans Ariel Malik and Zeev Bronfeld, has been sold to the American company Coventa. This contract is complax, and if it will fully exhausted it will have an annual revenue potential of approximately $ 338 million.
Global Energy is engaged in green energy. The contract signed with Coventa allows the American company to make use of Global Energy’s advanced technology. Coventa is scheduled to open about six factories that will implement Global Energy technology in the United States.
